I would like to raise this question about the need of an adapter for my head unit. I have a pioneer avic-D1 installed in my car. My car has a factory dvd player in it. My installer said that there is an adapter for the dvd player to work on my pioneer. Have you experienced this? What kind of adapter, if ever I need one, should I buy?
