Why is it that when I start the car, the AM station of my radio becomes unclear? But when the car engine is not running, the AM radio is doing fine.

Anybody who has the same experience?

what do you mean by "unclear" - are you getting a lot of static, or just fading away... or does the station come in at all?

please elaborate a bit more...

hmm... does it do it for your FM radio reception as well, or just the AM?

That is what I am really wondering, it is only for the AM radio. FM reception is fine. Very Happy

hmm... but it's only when you run the car engine? I'd check the leads and see if maybe something's touching something it shouldn't be... has to be some sort of electrical problem... run them back to the source.
